Repackaging

Move products into retail-ready or postal-ready packaging.

Hands exchanging a sealed cardboard parcel

Overview

Repackaging is used when goods arrive in export cartons, plain inners or packaging that is not fit for the channel you are selling on. Units are transferred into the pack you want customers or retailers to receive.

It is also how returned goods in sound condition can be put back into a saleable pack.

Benefits

  • Imported goods become saleable
  • Less damage in the post
  • One standard pack for the channel

How it works

  1. 01

    Define the finished pack

We agree the materials, the insert and what “good” looks like.

  2. 02

    Repack in a batch

Units are transferred and checked, with rejects separated.

  3. 03

    Book back to stock

Finished units are returned to available stock or allocated to orders.

Who it’s for

  • Importers
  • Brands changing packaging
  • Returns that need a fresh mailer

Questions about Repackaging
